Abstract (EN)

Rapid changes in today's world, increase of uncertainty, rapid developments in communication and information technologies have affected the education world; The responsibility of educators working in schools has increased. In order to provide quality education in this environment, educators need new leadership skills and perceptions. In this study, it was aimed to examine the perception of agile leadership skills of educators working at different levels of public schools, and it was investigated whether this perception differs according to demographic characteristics. Research data were collected by using simple random sampling method from 501 educators working in public schools in Adana province central districts (Çukurova, Seyhan, Yüreğir and Sarıçam). As a result of the research, educators' perception of agile leadership skills was found high; It has been determined that the perception of agile leadership skill differs in orientation according to the position. It was concluded that administrators' perception of agile leadership skills in directing was higher than teachers.
