Abstract (EN)
Preschool education period covers the range of 36-72 months, constitutes the beginning of children's education life and is seen as the most important period. This period is a period in which children complete their development through games. In this period, educational environments need to be enriched in order for children to be ready for primary school. This enrichment is planned through games and toys. For this, a developmental education program was created by the Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Basic Education by months, and goals and objectives were determined according to the age ranges of children. In our age, technology has been included in the education system and many studies have been done and applied in this field. One of the studies that is thought to contribute to these studies is the STEM approach. Studies have increased in the field of robotic application arising from the deficiencies in the disciplines of "Technology and Engineering" in its structure. Artificial intelligence robots and robotic coding tools are used in many educational environments.With these applications, it is aimed to provide children with 21st century skills. Studies have shown that STEM applications should be included in the education system and that it is appropriate to give STEM education to children from the pre-school period. This thesis topic has been chosen in order to be a part of STEM education, to contribute to the education that children will receive in the pre-school period, and to develop a new teaching material using RFID technology and arduino software, which includes the concepts that should be learned in this period.
