Abstract (EN)

It is essential for hotel establishment as an important example of labor-intensive sectors to form human sources administration system in order to motivate employees, to obtain their loyalty to work, to effectuate the promotions and appointments according to specific criterias, to get the organisation ready for new settlements and to increase the productive efficiency of the establishment. The organisational culture forms the framework and the organisational structure for employees, coordinates the jobs, helps to set the executive functions of the labour force in motion, shapes the worker's behaviours and inspects the decision-making process of the organisation which is a significant factor affecting the decisions of human sources management practices. The existance of an active career management system of the organisation is related to the organisation's cultural values. In a way, it is believed that those organisational cultural values will be created with administors who will feel responsible to improve their employees, focus on the humanistic values, supports oriented, supportive, improving, risk-taking, innovative relationships. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to determine the effects of the organisation culture of 4 and 5 star hotel employees which are located in East and Southeast Region of Turkey, to the practices of the career management system.
