Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this study is to examine the effects of organizational justice and trust in the manager on the organizational identification levels of teachers working in middle schools in Bayburt province. The thesis consists of three main chapters and related subheadings. In the first chapter, the concepts of organizational justice, organizational identification, and trust in the manager are addressed within a theoretical framework. The second chapter explains elements such as the research method, design, population, and sample. In the third chapter, the findings and analysis results are presented in detail. The sample of the study consists of teachers working in middle schools affiliated with the Bayburt Provincial Directorate of National Education. A quantitative research method, namely the survey method, was used in this study. Accordingly, a total of 379 teachers responded to 31 questions: 6 demographic items, 20 from the organizational justice scale, 6 from the organizational identification scale, and 5 from the trust in the manager scale. After sufficient data were collected, the analyses were conducted using the SPSS software. In the statistical evaluation of the research data, correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship levels between variables, while regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to identify whether there were significant differences between groups, and an independent samples t-test was applied for comparisons between two groups. According to the findings, it has been understood that organizational justice and its sub-dimensions (distributive justice and interactional justice) positively affect organizational identification and that trust in the manager has a positive and significant relationship with organizational identification. It was observed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice, which is our independent variable, and the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice and interactional justice) and trust in the manager. Keywords: Organizational justice, organizational identification, trust in the manager.
