Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this thesis, the psychological impact of the contract to demonstrate the organizational commitment and organizational commitment levels of employees of the organization by measuring the relationship between psychological contracts is revealed. Psychological contract violation results reveal what organizations and that organizational commitment will be focused on is not affected.Have signed contracts with gaps and uncertainties in the formation of the psychological contract has prepared the ground. Psychological contract with one foot of the employer employee loyalty, integrity, compliance with business rules, such as qualified to do business creating expectations, the other pillar employee, how work is evaluated, and to him, knowledge, skills and responsibilities of their development opportunities decides not related to psychological creates expectations. Now the organization's success, for what is expected from him more than the organization can give to employees is needed, for the organizational and individual objectives harmonization of the individual business owner to be made, expectations are met, to increase motivation and organizational commitment so that the right needs to be.In this study, special classroom teachers working in the psychological contracts of employment since, the organization aimed to measure the impact on adherence. Provided through the survey methods, data were analyzed using statistical program.
