Abstract (EN)

In adults ITP is primarily characterized by increased platelet destruction, it is chronic, acquired and organ specific autoimmune disorder. As a result of autoantibody developmentagainstto platelets and destruction of autoantibody covered platelet in reticuloendıthelialsystem leads to thrombocytopenia occurs. Autoimmune hemolytic anemias agroup ofanemia that chracterized by antibody production against autologous erythrocyte antigens. In this study we aim to perform analyses in patients with ITP and autoimmune hemolyticanemia on T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte subgroups especially for peripheral Tlymphocytes and explain if current alteration relate to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. At the time of diagnosis in patients with ITP it was determined that peripheral bloodT lymphocyte, T lymphocyte and memory B lymphocyte ratios was lower than controlgroup (respectively; 0.25±0.17, 67.6±7.7, 40.9±8.8, 1.57±1.24 - 1.14±0.77, 73.5±4.4,49.5±4.4, 4.38±2.41). For cytotoxic T and B lymphocytes ratios significant difference wasnot seen. Comparison of begining and after the first month of treatment increase ofT regulatory lymphocyte and memory B lymphocyte ratios was seen (respectively;0.50±0.66, 3.0±1.7).Finally in this study acquired findings suggested that decreasing of T regulatorylymphocytes can be responsible of pathogenesis and response of T regulatory cell ratioson treatment can give an idea for prognosis. like the other autoimmun disorders, memory Blymphocytes thought have a role in pathogenesis in ITP. Patients with ITP decreasing ofthis cells can be depend to accumulation in reticuloendothelial system espacially spleen. It is thought that more wide comprehensive studies analyes biological basis ofalternations of perifheral blood T lymphocytes and memory B lymphocytes and effect ofthis chages to pathogenesis and treament is needed.
