Abstract (EN)

While the use of unmanned vehicles in today's technology is increasing in almost every sector, the use of unmanned and autonomously controlled vehicles is becoming increasingly important in the maritime world. The concept of autonomy basically describes systems that change and develop like the human brain, gain experience, and can make intelligent decisions even when faced with undefined situations during production. Autonomous marine vehicles find use in civil and military fields. The use of autonomous vehicles in a difficult sector such as maritime has now become a necessity in terms of facilitating human life. Within the scope of the study, first of all, researches on unmanned sea vehicles in the world and in our country are included. Autonomous, defined as unmanned (robotic) smart vehicles, and their working principles and compliance with ISPS code applications have been chosen as the subject of review within the scope of the literature. Keywords: Autonomy, Human Watercraft, Deep Learning, Maritime Safety
