Abstract (EN)
It takes execution of a lot of agreements among several parties from the creation of a cinematographic work till it is presented to the public. Acting Agreement executed between the actor/actress who performs the cinematographic work and the producer who unites the owners of the cinematographic work, actors/actresses and the remaining crew contributing the creation of cinematographic work with their capital is one of these agreements. We aim to present the practice of acting agreement, which is not regulated by laws, in general terms. In this context, in the first chapter the legal relationship between parties is discussed. In second chapter the liabilities of actor/actress and producer are examined and finally in the last chapter the reasons of termination of the agreement is discussed.
