Special - leadership styles of state school administrators investigation by teacher's visits (iIstanbul i̇li Sultangaz living sample)

Leadership styles of managers who work in private and public schools the purpose of this study of teachers ' views can be analysed by examining the findings according to to determine whether. For this purpose, in accordance with the views of teachers personal variables private and public school administrators to exhibit leadership styles differed according to the level of how we have investigated. In this research descriptive survey method was used as a screening method. Istanbul sultangazi district in the 2015-2016 academic year, the population of the study who worked in the formal private institutions total 232teacher poses. In the survey, the number of teachers that represents the universe in proportional stratified sample selection since these are targeted to reach to the teacherseckisiz method was used. As a method of research data collection; the scale used, two groups of related demographic variables in the survey data t-test, more than two demographic variables in the data analysis of variance ANOVA was conducted. ANOVA are meaningful in circumstances where a supplemental post hoc test (Scheffe) test is presented in the form of tables the results of applying. According to research findings, teachers ' leadership styles of school managers in relation to; gender, seniority, school type variables were found to differ in terms of individual characteristics that reflect more of themselves.
