Abstract (EN)
In this study, the temporary employment relationship through the private employment agencies is examined. New legal problems brought about by this type of work have been examined and solutions have been tried to be produced. The general principles in German law were also examined. A comparison of two legal systems was used where necessary. In this context, the conditions of the establishment of this relationship in both legal systems, the results and invalidity of the relationship are discussed.
