Abstract (EN)
In this study, reorganizing of Turkey?s electricity distribution which is in progress of privatization and in general perspective, the targets of privatization are related to each other. The ideas which are against and disagainst about the privatizaten of electric distribution sector were researched one by one. In world?s criterion in order to compare some privatization in electricity distribution sector, some attributions were done. The goals of privatizations were studied economical, financial, social and political goals. In order to reach these goals, by examining legally procedure and historical developing, which methods are suitable is easily found. Especially, the studies of privatization of electricity sector which is in a five- year development plan is introduced. Some electricity distribution privatization methods in Turkey criterion are taken up . It is noticed that reorganizing of Turkey?s electricity distribution company was put off for a while because in the progresss of privatization some distribution companies are going on substructure investments.
