Abstract (EN)
Various epidemics have occurred from time to time since the existence of human beings. Epidemics have affected people's lives in different areas and sometimes brought new orders to their lives. One of these patterns is the Covid-19 pandemic, which is the latest pandemic of our day. With the pandemic, quarantine has been implemented in our country, as in countries around the world, in order to reduce the risk of transmission of the disease. Projects such as "stay at home" implemented during the pandemic period restricted people's social lives and the time allocated to outdoor life was spent at home. In this context, one element affected by the pandemic was home clothing. Purpose of the study; The aim is to reveal the problems encountered in women's home wear during the pandemic and the need for diversification of women's home wear, and in this context, to contribute to the designs and diversity of women's home wear during pandemic and similar times and to develop a collection. In the study, after pilot interviews held in the three largest primary schools in Midyat district of Mardin, oneon-one interviews were held with 40 female teachers working in these schools. This study; It determines women's home wear preferences and develops a new women's home wear collection according to the data obtained, and offers solutions to the identified needs and demands. Using the descriptive analysis method, expectations were determined in line with the problems encountered in home wear and solution methods, and a collection was prepared with the FEA model. Users' answers were examined and shaped under the subheadings of functionality, comfort, color and aesthetics. The collection, consisting of ten looks, was designed for the Spring/Summer period, taking into account home conditions.
