Abstract (EN)
The working principle of the sharing economy is to create value by sharing an unused product that is owned but not needed, with other users connected to the same network, and enabling that product to be used by those who need it. In this thesis, within the scope of the application of the sharing economy on real property ownership; property, sharing economy, property sharing, easement rights were investigated and compared with the examples from Turkey and the world. By the aim of presenting the potential of the sharing economy, especially within the scope of immovable properties, emphasis is put on both legal and practice-based incentives and measures. The aim of this thesis is to present the concepts that link the real estate sharings made within the framework of the sharing economy with the concept of ownership.
