Abstract (EN)
In this period when the world population increases, water consumption also increases in direct proportion. This has led to the search for new ways to reduce water consumption and reuse polluted water. Waste water treatment process is the whole of various treatment processes in order to provide the necessary water quality standards so that the water used in various fields or sectors can be reused without losing its function. The membrane is defined as a selectively permeable layer between two homogeneous phases. Therefore, it is an important separator. Membranes are generally used in the treatment of drinking water, domestic and industrial wastewater, separation of gases, electrochemical processes, dialysis of blood and urine in the biomedical field, oxygenation, membrane-based sensors, controlled drug release, etc. used in fields such as The aim of this study is to investigate the treatment of waste water taken from the plastics industry with the cross-flow treatment process using the NF270 membrane. Samples were obtained by working at 2 different feeding temperatures (25°C, 30°C) and 3 different pressures (4 bar 6 bar 8 bar) of waste water from the plastics industry. effects have been investigated. 5,15,30,45. The conductivity, turbidity, color removal, suspended solids amount and flux values of the samples taken in minutes were calculated and the results were interpreted. As a result of the experiments, the operating condition with the highest flux value was determined as 96.8 (L/m2hour) flux at 25°C and 6 bar. The color removal efficiency was recorded as 99% at 30°C 8 bar. At 8 bar 30°C, the conductivity efficiency was calculated as 43.5%, the turbidity removal efficiency was 99%, and the suspended solids removal efficiency was calculated as 98.1%. 8 bar 30°C has been determined as the operating conditions where conductivity, turbidity and suspended solids removal efficiency is highest.
