Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the errors that may arise during the production of plastic material with the injection method with plastic injection machines with the help of previous analyzes and to eliminate the errors by determining a fast and accurate method. Before the plastic injection process starts, the mold design of the part to be produced is made. While designing the mold, the molten material direction during the injection of the formed part, the gas discharge direction of the mold, and the removal direction of the part must be calculated. After the mold production is ready, raw material selection is made. Before starting the injection process, the injection machine settings must be made in accordance with the part. After all the settings, the plastic injection process is started. In this study; during the plastic injection process, problems arising from the material, mold, cooling systems and injection machines are analyzed and the solutions of the problems are explained.
