Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introductory part. In this section, information about the history and previous studies on the subject to be covered in the thesis is given. The second part contains the basic definitions and concepts required in the thesis. In the third chapter, cubic, quintic and quartic polynomial PN surfaces, whose coefficients are real quaternions, are examined. In the fourth chapter, timelike cubic, quintic and quartic polynomial PN surfaces with split quaternions coefficients and spacelike cubic, quintic and quartic polynomial PN surfaces are obtained, and theorems about minimal and maximal surfaces are given. Also, examples are given for these surfaces.
