Application of servo pump at porcelain plate press

It was aimed to increase the energy efficiency of the isostatic presses which is used in the production of porcelain tableware. To this end, the hydraulic part of the isostatic presses has been replaced to hydraulic pump with servo motor system. Servo motor is used instead of AC motor which drives the hydraulic pump. As an alternative to the proportional valves in the hydraulic system, a servo motor driven hydraulic circuit diagram is designed in which there is no such valves. At the end of the work, the advantages arising from the use of the servo motor driven hydraulic pump system have been expressed in terms of materials. Targeted energy efficiency has been achieved.
