Abstract (EN)

This study was prepared to examine the academic studies of İsmail Cerrahoğlu. Our study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introductory part, the subject and the importance of the thesis, the aim, the research questions, the limits of the research, resources and research are included. In the first chapter, the life of İsmail Cerrahoğlu is emphasized. Date and place of birth, primary school, high school and undergraduate education. In addition to this, information related to military service is included. The duties of the theology faculties, doctorate and associate professorship information are included and their academic studies are mentioned. Trainings abroad were mentioned. Information about her retirement and where she currently lives. In addition, there is information about the master and doctorate theses supervised by Cerrahoğlu. In the second part, the works of Cerrahoğlu are written. Copyright books, information on translations, inquiries and articles have been prepared considering chronological history. Due to the abundance of articles, the subject was classified. The publishers, year of publication, information and brief summaries of the works in question are included. The contribution of the works to the science of commentary is revealed. In the third section, Cerrahoğlu's opinions about Tafsir Procedure and the sources he used are given. Our study, data reflecting Cerrahoğlu Cers scientific personality, evaluations and suggestions such as his contribution to the science of commentary have been completed by maneuvering in the conclusion section.
