Abstract (EN)

Today, the rapid development of technology and changes in customer needs make it difficult for project-based production companies to survive in the market. In order to keep up with rapidly developing technology and changing customer requirements and to complete projects successfully and on time, projects must be managed correctly with appropriate methodology. However, proper management should not only be evaluated in terms of project success and profitability. It should also be evaluated in terms of environmental pollution, misuse and consumption of resources, employee and customer rights arising from the competition of companies to exist in the market. For all these reasons, this study examines commonly used project management methodologies in terms of the three dimensions of sustainability: Environmental, Social and Economic. LOPCOW and ERUNS methods, which are new Multi-Criteria Decision Making techniques, are used to compare the methodologies that are successful in terms of the dimensions of sustainability.
