ABSTRACTPROJECT WORKSPACETuncay ÇoruhSoftware project development is a very serious job. Most of the project budgets arevery big and most of them do not finish. So, the need to improve our softwaredevelopment processes is very real. Development side is not the only source of thesoftware project failures. The main problem is the communication between thesponsor and the development side.
