Abstract (EN)
Organizations need to be pioneers in order to survive the fierce competition. Innovations made by the employees and the accretion value that it creates turn them into leaders by making them different from their competitors. One of the most important factors in the organizations is employees. Thus, employees' knowledge related to the competencies becomes very important. However, employees are not only to have these competencies but also need to reflect them on business processes and to display innovative behaviour. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyze the effect of psychological empowerment on displaying innovative behaviour and to reveal the moderating role of personal traits. Increase in urban population around the world, having heavy work load, being exposed to stress and discomfort caused by these problems direct individuals to the different fields where they feel themselves well. Wellness arises as a solution for the individuals. Therefore, this study is approached by the perspective of the human resources performing at wellness organizations. According to the results of the study, It is ascertained that big five personality traits factors have moderating role in the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behaviour. It is concluded that the three variables show significant difference by some of the demographic features of the employees.
