Abstract (EN)

İn this study we evaluated effects of piracetam on preventing or reducing vascular damage induced a temporary clipping . For this purpose, studies were performed on 35 female rat . Rats were divided into 5 groups. Temporary Yaşargil aneuyrsm clip straight into 4 groups performed to right A.carotis communis and the 4 and 5 groups in addition clipping piracetam medication adminestered for 3 days. Examined histopatologically classified as endothelial and vascular smooth muscle layer . As a result, which result from temporary aneurysm clipping endothelial and vascular smooth muscle layer to prevent or alleviate the damage was not statistically significant for the application of piracetam.Key words : Temporary aneurysm clip, A.Carotis communis, vasculary damage, piracetam , endothelial damage, vasculary smooth muscle damage
