Abstract (EN)

Syrian crisis is considered as one of the most sever and worst wars in the history, the number of people who were forced to leave their home to find a shelter and seek for safe is huge and the worldwide recognition of the need to provide help is an important thing, but all provided help during the previous decay could not cover all the need. Therefore, this study was conducted in order to implement the mathematical modeling technique to generate a model to cover the maximum amount of population with limited number of medical facilities. The model was compiled and executed using the GAMS optimization package program. In this thesis, data for the model are conducted to cover population in 1348 different community and 11 district. 115 medical facilities are considered to be built taking in consideration their function where 6 different services. Each demand node is covered only once and the candidate locations of the facilities are determined by experts, its priority are determined using AHP methodology and Expert Choice 11.00 software is used to find the best ranking. Eventually, maps were built using ArcGIS 10.7 software to provide the best explanation of results.
