Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, risk management is particularly important since it's a new way of thinking in organizations. In recent years, there have been notable shifts and a quick acceleration in all industries. In order to ensure critical success criteria, firms must use risk management to protect themselves and continue their operations. The thesis highlights how crucial it is to implement efficient Governance risk management strategies to improve organizational performance and reduce hazards, and achieving well-being. It examines the frequency, seriousness, and strategic of risks that businesses manage, emphasizing the value of taking proactive measures in addition to risk avoidance and transfer. The sample's number is 640. The data is collected from PWC company employees. The thesis ends with a series of suggestions for using governance to achieve organizational objectives by reducing the risk management and achieving well-being in an efficient manner, taking organizational structure into account as a direct management duty.
