Abstract (EN)
This work is a filling system containing solid grains in which the microorganisms grow in biofilms in the reactor. This unit consists of a tank measuring 10-13 cm in size and two meters in height. Waste water into this tank is given with a certain flow rate. In the upper part of the tank, the waste water distribution is provided to the tank by means of a mechanism consisting of perforated pipes around the center. In this way, the waste water supplied to the tank flows through the filter filling material in the tank and a thin layer is formed on the stones. This layer is called the biofilm layer. It contains microorganisms and organic substances. Microorganisms first use organic pollutants as nutrients and then a biological treatment reaction occurs. This work; In the first stage, the effluent treatment efficiency of domestic wastewater treatment was investigated. The effluent concentration values given to the reactor from the pre-precipitation unit of the plant are average: SS 140.31 mg / l, COD 349.16 mg / l, Total nitrogen 98.5 mg / l, Total phosphorus 7.5 mg / l, pH 7,51. In the second stage, the amount of filter filling material was changed and the process performance was increased and the effluent treatment efficiency was examined. In the third stage, the environmental environment parameter (anaerobic-aerobic) was changed in the reactor and its effect on the effluent efficiency was investigated. Depending on the increased filter height and surface area, the biofilm surface increased and the treatment efficiency increased accordingly. With the increase of oxygen transfer into the reactor, the biomass develops faster and increases, thus increasing the effluent treatment effluence: SS: 35.1% COD: 44,75% TN: 44,46% TP: up to 33,16% It was observed. Low population of 1000 people or less, villages, towns, tourist areas, highland waste water; Financial, technical and strategic problems are encountered in centralized collection and treatment. For such places: Considering factors such as cost, investment, operation and maintenance, this system can be used in the treatment of waste water.
