Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between healthcare workers' technostress levels and professional motivation, perceived workload, and quality of life. Data were collected via a survey from 300 healthcare workers aged between 23 and 47 from various professional groups (occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and others). The relationships between the sub-dimensions of the technostress scale—techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, and techno-uncertainty—and the dimensions of professional motivation, workload, and quality of life were analyzed. The findings showed that healthcare workers' use of information and communication technologies is associated with stress factors such as overload, loss of productivity, and uncertainty.
