Abstract (EN)

In this study, it has been observed that the effects of the art education on the children under risk, and the studies have been come together that have been done in the country and out of the country. In this study, it has purposed that what is the effect and importance of the art education on children by observing the centers that are depend on the association of development of the children under risk with Culture and Art (RİSKADER) and by observing the process of education of the children who have been taught here. The research, after has given the necessary information about the subject, has included the observation of the education programmes applied in the art centers of the Association Of Culture and Art related to the children under risk, and findings and results related to the effect of the education programmes on the children under risk in the art centers depended to Riskader at the result of observations, meetings and researches. Within the subjects, the technics such as: observation, meeting, review of literature, analysis of document have been used and a descriptive way has been followed to make a dilligence. It has been placed the photos related to the subject. At the end of the reearch, it has been observed that art education has a positive effect on the children under risk and Riskader has become useful because of the original art education model that applied as an example of Malatya, in Turkey that has lived various problems in the view of art education. It has been identified that it has enough opprtunity in the view of art education and has a modern art education understanding, and it has been suggested that it should be more commom in Turkey.
