Abstract (EN)

The search of mankind has been aimed to meet its own needs since the date of its existence. The tooth loss that occurs in the mouth of a person is aesthetically worse with reducing the eating function of the person. Therefore, in order to restore the missing teeth of the human being, dental practices are performed using many different methods. Some of the dental applications are metal supported dental ceramic crown. One of the most important factors affecting the success of the dental practice with this method is that the metal-ceramic connection is good. In this work, a new generation production technique called additive manufacturing, which is developed by the developing technology in order to improve the metal-ceramic connection of the metal sub-structures produced by the existing classical method, is used. With the advantage of the preferred production technique, the existing metal substructure geometry has been redesigned to produce metal substructures with different geometries. The metal-ceramic connections of the new metal sub-structures produced are statically and dynamically tested and the results obtained are theoretically supported, improving the metal-ceramic connection.
