Abstract (EN)

In post-2000 Turkish story telling there are writers who continue traditional story understanding as well as writers whouse modern narrative techniques. Şerif Aydemir is one of the writers who preferred touse traditional narrative techniques in his stories as one of the most important representatives of the literary lineage of Refik Halid, Sabahattin Ali and Sait Faik Abasıyanık. In his stories Aydemir prefers totell Anato-lia and Anatolian people. When he sets his story, he does not neglect to benefit from of the ballads, fairy tales, theepics, the folktales, mani (Turkish folk-musicforms) and theidioms. The writer who resortedto a realistic narrative in his stories adopted a fairly clear narrative lan-guage.
