Travelers have expressed the naturalness, helpfulness, sincerity, compassion and many other beauties they saw and witnessed in Anatolia. In this context, an attempt was made to establish the relationship between the observations of the travelers and the historical reality of the period. In addition, it was intended to express how the perception formed in the Eastern and Western worlds contributed to the shaping of the image of Anatolia through the narratives of the travelers. In line with the information conveyed in the travelogues, it is aimed to trace the social and cultural structure of Anatolia and its transformation throughout the historical process.
