Abstract (EN)
Associated with the alteration of political structure all around the world since in the later 19th century and early in the 20th century, the politics was done public-oriented and people had just started to choose their own intendants. Accepted as the consumer group of politics, the elector phenomenon was settled into the political life and politicians started to carry out various activities. Nowadays, those activities are become frequent by whole benefits of technology as peer-to-peer communicating the elector. In the first chapter of this research the terms of politics, elector and behaviors of electors are investigated and mentioned about the elector behaviors effecting factors. Politics marketing notion are reviewed by main titles and particularly the publicity karma and activities belong this are classified in details in the second chapter. The research on the staff of Cumhuriyet University in Sivas province is given in the third chapter and the effects of political parties? promotional efforts on mentioned personnel are evaluated.
