Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Scheduling, Capacity Planning , Business Enterprise The systems which can be confronted in the real life are usually large and complicated and they can be ambiguous. In this circumstances, analytical solutions are not possible. An application is developed for the performance rating (measurement) and analyzing of these systems by considering of their ambiguous and probabilistic structures. The application is designed to work either with an ERP package or standalone. The application?s purpose is to create schedules and by comparing of these schedules to find the best fit schedule according to the measurement criterias during the capacity planning of the business enterprise. Generally, scheduling software is developed by considering 3 basic objectives. First of them is delivery dates. The target aim is absence of the delayed jobs at the system after the schedule is created. The second target is to minimise the duration of the jobs in the production system. And the third basic objective is to carry the resource utilization to the top level. (or to maximize the resource utilization) . Even if these three objectives seems to be in contradiction with each other, in this circumstances the user has the authorization to decide the sequence of priority of his/her own.
