Another scale used in the research is the "Communication Skills Assessment Scale" developed by Korkut (1996). In the statistical analysis of the data obtained; test for normality, unpaired t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that the communication skills of female students are higher than that of male students, and as the sports year increases, communication skills also increase. At the same time, it can be said that the life experiences of the individuals, the organizations they have participated in, the attitudes and behaviors of the parents towards the individual, the education they have received with the department they study affect the leadership orientation levels of the students.
