Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine and evaluate the sports-making habits of the staff who serve in the General Directorate of Sports Services. The research includes staff working within the General Directorate of Sports Services in 2018.. The universe of the study consists of all staff in the Central and Provincial Organization of the Ministry. A total of 333 employees, 199 women and 134 men working at the General Directorate, are the sample of this research. As a data gathering tool in the research, a questionnaire consisting of four sections, which was prepared by Ankara University Health, Culture and Sports Department, aiming to determine the participation of Ankara University academic, administrative staff and students in sport, was used. The data obtained were analyzed through SPSS statistical program. To determine the difference in the study according to groups of descriptive statistical techniques, such as T-test, age, education statuses for unbound specimens of gender differentiation, Kruskall Wallis H-Test analysis, age groups, training cases The Bonferronni test was used to find out which groups the differences were due. Margin of error was 0.05. According to the results of the research; It was determined that the sports activities where the participants were most interested and involved were weight training (bodybuilding, etc.), fitness activities (aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc.), team sports (basketball, football, volleyball, etc.). As a result, it has been concluded that the participants have turned to sports because of their healthy life and being happy, weakened, having fun, contributing to their mental and personal development, and also socializing, communicating with team sports, and respecting, loving, tolerance and approaching each other.
