Abstract (EN)

The physical components of sport facilities are the primary factors which affect the pleasure of spectators. Effective and efficient management refinement and regulation of these components when needed will change the perceptions of pleasure positively. It is possible that pleased spectators will share their pleasure with other potential spectators. Depending on this situation the primary purpose of this study is to assess the effects of these factors on pleasure that derived from facility and WOM. After analysis it's been revealed seven factors. These factors were named facility aesthetic, facility accessibility, seating comfort, scoreboard quality, parking, wayfinding signage, behavioral intention. Expect behavioral intention factor, other six factors significant effect on pleasure derived from facility. On the other hand, all seven factors have significant effect on WOM. The relation between pleasured derived from facility and WOM is also on significant level. Second purpose of this study, to identify demographic features of spectators and their frequency of participation. It has been reported that sport facilities environmental factors, pleasure derived from facility and WOM vary demographic features and frequency of participation.
