Abstract (EN)

Motivation as an phenomenon in sport and it's effects on sportive performance There are various factors that affect performance in sport. Physical fitness, motoric abilities, genetic predisposition, and psychological characteristics prominent features in this regard. Motivation is one of the psychological characteristics can also be active on athletic performance. In this context, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the level of sporty performance with sporty performance motivation. The study sample group in Turkey Women's Handball Super League consisted of 12 teams and 167 athletes who compete in 1989-1990. Sports Performance motivation that this group Henning A.
