Abstract (EN)

With the development of technology, the importance of wireless communication has increased in recent years. As in all areas, this increase in wireless communication has allowed for the use of different technologies. Although the 4G communication system is widespread today, the 5G communication system, which is faster and more efficient, plays an important role in our lives. Both 4G and 5G communication technologies can be used in accordance with the opportunities provided by the existing infrastructure and communication systems. In this thesis, a dual-band antenna design and analysis that can operate at the same time in the operating frequencies of 4G and 5G communication systems have been realized. Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) and Slot technologies were used in the design. Thanks to these technologies, a high-efficiency antenna design that can operate at two different frequencies and has smaller dimensions compared to other technologies has been achieved. CST Microwave Studio was used for antenna design, optimization, and simulation. This design can be used in all 4G and 5G-based systems available in today's technology. The simulation and analysis results were compared, and the most optimal result was obtained.
