In the Süleymaniye Library's Ali Nihat Tarlan section, registered in number 21 is Mecmū'a-i Eş'âr (1b-75a)'s classification according to transcription orthography and the Mestap

The poetry mecmûas(magazines) are one of the most common types of texts in our libraries. It is possible to come across the poems of forgotten poets whose names are not mentioned in the sources in the mecmûas(magazines). In the mecmuas(magazines) different forms of poetry (more or less couplets) in the poems of the poets can be found. In this study, registered at number 21 is Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr (1b-75a) in the Suleymaniye Library's Ali Nihat Tarlan Section was analyzed by transferring it to a current writing language. In the 75-page section of 309 pages of mecmuas(magazines), poems of poets who lived in the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries are included. The study consists of introduction and four main parts. In the study, the concept of mecmua(magazine) was emphasized and general information about the importance of mecmua(magazine) was given. During the examinition of the mecmua(magzine) text , the methods used were determined and in the study short biographies were presented about the poets. In addition , the poems of the poets in the mecmuada were tabulated through Mestap. Poems belonging to diffferent types of verse were identified and tabulated. In the last part of the study, the sources used were given,the data obtained from the thesis was transferred in the final part and some images from the writing work were given
