Abstract (EN)
Due to the civil war in Syria, almost 3.6 million Syrian refugees were forced to migrate to Turkey. There is a huge number of researches about Syrian refugees in Turkey's labor market. First of all, in this study findings of researches which are examined are handled by taking care of structural characteristics of Turkey's labor market. This study includes the findings of these researches. Syrian refugees joining the Turkish labor market bring not only economics but also social problems. In this context, it is assumed that the Syrian refugees in Turkey effect the structure of the labor market, unemployement and informal employement rates . Also, it is acclaimed that attandence of Syrian refugees in Turkey's labor market causes reducing wages because of unfair competition.
