Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of well being perceptions on work engagement of tennis coaches who are the members of Turkish Tennis Federetion (TTF). In this context, dimensions of well-being scale were revealed, the effect of well-being perceptions on work engagement of tennis coaches was examined, and the differentation levels of tennis coaches' about well-being and work engagement occured by the demographic features were analyzed. In the scope of the research questionnaire forms were sent to tennis coaches online. Out of 1208 tennis coaches only 308 coaches participated in the research. T-test and ANOVA test were used in order to determine whether participants' responses statistically show significant differences according to demographic variables. Amos 20 and SPSS 22 package programs were used to present the sizes in relation to scales and to present the validity of the measurement tools used in research-reliability analysis, the explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. A result of analysis of the tennis coaches well-being had a positive effect on its work engagement. Moreover it was determined that perceptions of the participants' well being and their work engagement didn't show differences according to demographic variables.
