Abstract (EN)
According to this research; first time in physics history, a thin film is composed on structures of bottle by producing a plasma of boron carbide (B4C) known as its melting temperature is quite high and a hard material by using Thermionic Vacuum Arc (TVA) technique which produces pure material plasma. Some physical features of these thin films composed are researched. Surface properties of produced thin films were investigated with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), atomic force microscopy (AFM). Crystallographic data were collected by x-ray diffractometer (XRD). To characterized of optical properties of thin films were used spectroscopic ellipsometer (SE) and Uv-Vis spectrophotometer.
