Abstract (EN)
The thesis consists of four chapter. In the firs chapter the aim of the thesis is explained and the literatüre review on soft sets is given. In the second chapter, the notions of soft set, topological group and topological ring and their properties are given. In the third chapter a new definition of soft topological spaces defined by means of soft points is given. Also it is mentioned that the notions of soft interior point soft closer point and soft relative topology on a subset . Finally, the fourth chapter is orijinal. Soft topological substructures of topological groups and topological rings and their examples are given.
