Abstract (EN)

In this study, the shar'i provisions of subjects such as the human genome project, which is one of the most important contemporary technologies in the fields of genetic inheritance, the improvement of the human generation, the treatment of human cells with genes are discussed. This research consists of six parts, and in the first part, the cell, the formation of cells, chromosomes and nucleic acids and the transfer of properties by these means are examined. The second part is devoted to the great human genome project, its history, aims and risks are discussed, and its problems in terms of legitimacy and morality are addressed. In this context, the fiqh provisions of consanguineous marriage and pre-marital examinations have been touched upon. In the third chapter, the project of breeding and rehabilitating the generation is again examined with its religious/fiqh dimensions, and in the fourth chapter, the topic of treatment with genes is examined. The fifth chapter deals with sperm banks, their history and possible risks are examined from a legal perspective. The sixth and last chapter deals with the subject of artificial insemination in detail and gives information about the provisions of various methods in the light of the permissible and forbidden concepts and principles of fiqh.
