Abstract (EN)
The travelbooks is so important sources of Ottoman history. The Ottoman Empire which extend of border since conquest of Constantinople were visited by many travellers until decay of empire. Accordingly a lot of Western traveller visited in Ottoman states and wrote travelbooks. In this study, the travelbook of Travels in Greece, Turkey and the Holy Land which written by Louis Nicolas Auguste de Forbin transcripted and examined by current literature based on informations mention of travelbook. So that the aim of this study is to provide information ort he researchers and make contribution to the politic, social and economic history of Ottoman empire in XIX. century.
