Package tour contracts in the framework of the Consumer Law

Package travel contracts will be tried to explain in the line of consumer law. Both the developments in terms of tourism and changing about the humane needs are constituted the aim of the thesis. On the other hand, according to the Turkish Law, these contracts are accepted as consumer transaction. In other words, traveler is accepted as consumer in package tour contracts. Law maker's aim is tried to prevent the detriments of travelers which are welded from their inexperienced and weak condition. It can be seen above, package tour contracts are quite widespread and also in a close relation with consumer law. Because of these reasons, in this thesis, the general frame of the package Travel contracts will be tried to explain. Furthermore, under the some titles, the correlation between The Contract and consumer law will be mentioned.
