Abstract (EN)

The rapid progress of technological developments, the way people communicate constantly from virtual environments, online communication has become one of the basic communication tools. With the pandemic period in recent years, there has been an increase in online shopping speeds and significant changes in guesthouses and their preferences. This situation has created an obligation to provide online services for businesses. In order to determine the most successful investment targets, there are businesses that know what they expect, what they want, and businesses that implement policies accordingly. For this reason, the operation of traditional shopping, its restrictions and the operation of online shopping, restrictions of this type of shopping were examined in detail, and the effects on purchasing regulations were investigated. It has been tried to understand why consumers prefer traditional or online shopping due to which advantage or why they do not make a purchase decision due to which negativity. For the purpose of the research, the effect of traditional or online shopping, and the items obtained by grouping traditional or online shopping, were investigated. Within the scope of the research, 327 personal survey structure directives were collected and the obtained directions were analyzed and evaluated with indicators, factor, factor, multivariate regression, t-test, one-way analysis of variance from statistical analysis methods.
