Abstract (EN)

Today, second-hand shopping has been widely and rapidly adopted by consumers. It is estimated that the volume of shopping will increase with the increase of online second-hand shopping sites. Consumer behavior, which is an important factor in the growth of the second-hand online market, needs to be examined. This study tries to explain the purchasing behavior of consumers using online applications. The aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between motivation to buy second-hand products and the level of purchasing from websites selling second-hand products. The basic assumption of the study is that the motivations of consumers to buy second-hand products and the level of use of websites selling second-hand products differ according to their demographic characteristics. The data obtained by using the questionnaire method in the study were evaluated with IBM SPSS Version 26. Frequency and percentage values were used in the analysis of the survey data. It was tested with One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Independent Sample T Test, which were developed in accordance with the study model.
