Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the antioxidant effect of Tunceli garlic (Allium tuncelianum Kollman) on crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) under density stress. In the muscle analysis (SOD) results, D1 23.176±0.112 U/ml and D2 23.384±0.370 U/ml numerical values were found very close to each other in the two experimental groups. The value of the control group, on the other hand, was found to be numerically lower at 21,056±0,209 U/ml. While there was no statistical difference between the two experimental groups (P>0.05), there was a significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05).In the hepatopancreas analysis results, as in the values obtained in the muscle, numerically similar values were found between the experimental groups (D1 30.804±0.110 and D2 30.502±0.757U/ml), while the control group had a lower value (26.422±0.600 U/ml). As in the muscle group, there was no statistical difference between the experimental groups (P>0.05), but the difference between the experimental groups and the experimental groups was significant (P<0.05). Catalase (CAT) analyzes were also performed in muscle and hepatopancreas separately. In muscle analysis results, it was observed that the results of the experimental groups were very close to each other numerically (D1; 15.556±0.349 and D2; 15.266±0.178 nmol/min/m), while the control group value (16.268±0.722 nmol/min/m) was higher. However, there was no statistical difference between the groups (P>0.05). In the hepatopancreas analysis results, both control and experimental groups were numerically very close to each other (F; 23.694±0.455 nmol/min/m, D1; 23.296±0.383 nmol/min/m and D2; 22.822±0.419 nmol/min/m). were found and there was no statistical difference between them (P>0.05). Glutathione peroxidase muscle analysis results were examined, it was determined that the experimental groups were numerically higher than the control group (F; 6.728±0.403 U/mg) and were very close to each other (D1; 8.560±0.167 U/mg and D2; 8.950±0.086 U/mg). While there was no statistical difference between the experimental groups (P>0.05), the difference between the control group and the control group was significant (P<0.05). Results similar to muscle analysis were seen in hepatopancreas results. It was determined that the experimental groups were numerically very close to each other (D1; 7.182±0.094 U/mg and D2; 7.110±0.220 U/mg) and higher than the control group (F; 5.898±0.331 U/mg). There was no statistical difference between the experimental groups (P>0.05) and the experimental groups were statistically different from the control group (P<0.05). When MDA muscle analyzes were examined, it was seen that the lowest value was in the D2 group (2.088±0.089 µM), followed by the D1 group (2.434±0.110 µM), and the highest value was in the control group (3.376±0.213 µM). It was determined that there was no statistical difference between the experimental groups, but they were statistically different from the control group. A similar situation was observed for the muscle group in the hepatopancreas results. The lowest MDA value was observed in the D2 group (4.354±0.143 µM), secondly in the D1 group (4.696±0.192 µM), and the highest value was observed in the control group (6.768±0.112 µM). While there was no statistical difference between the experimental groups, there was a statistical difference between the experimental groups and the control group.
