Abstract (EN)
The master's thesis study titled Fraud in Turkish Criminal Law consists of five sections including introduction and conclusion. In our study, it is stated how the crime of fraud and fraudulent acts occur in Turkish criminal law and in which cases qualified cases occur. The reason why we chose the crime of fraud is that it attracts our attention because it is a crime that is committed more frequently with the rapid advancement of technology today. Within the framework of the decisions of the Supreme Court, Regional Court of Justice and doctrine, the crime of fraud and fraudulent acts are examined within the scope of simple and qualified cases together with their appearances in practice and an effort is made to focus on the issues where there are disagreements in practice. In our master's thesis, it is aimed to express the crime of fraud within a systematic framework specified in the general theory of crime. In this direction, in the second section, the historical development and elements of the crime of fraud are mentioned and it is tried to be expressed by examining it within the framework of the general theory of crime. In the third section, the qualified cases of the crime of fraud are explained. In the fourth section, the crime of fraud is committed within the scope of special appearance forms of the crime, sanction, procedure of trial and reconciliation.
