Basic elements that shaped the Turkish state understanding

Since their emergence on the stage of history, Turks have been the subject of many studies and have attracted the attention of other nations with the mission of having a deep-rooted history and culture. Elements such as "customs, beliefs, understanding of management" have become the basic building blocks that define the understanding of state in Turks. Since the times when the name Turk was first mentioned, many countries; They have produced historical documents to find the reasons why such a warrior, just, sensitive to freedom of belief, compassionate and respectful nation came into existence. Many documents have been revealed so far through inscriptions that bear traces of the social life as well as the management understanding of the Turks. Therefore, the Turkish State experience has been the focus of particular attention of Greek, Byzantine, Roman civilizations, Chinese, Iranian and Russian researchers. In the thesis; The origin of the Turks, the meaning of their name, their emergence on the stage of history, the characteristics that rulers should have, their religious beliefs, economic activities, military structure and the concept of the state were examined, and evaluations were made in terms of the basic elements that shaped the understanding of the Turkish state. The aim is to examine the process from the date of existence of the Turks to the date they accepted Islam and to show that the management approach of the Turks, which has a history of forty centuries, is a legacy, including the Republic of Turkey. Compilation method was used in the study. As a result, Turks; It has been observed that they influenced the geography and neighboring countries in which they lived, both in cultural, social life and military terms, and it was determined that they blended their beliefs and characteristics in their management approach.
